Carbon's Hotline Team is made up of experienced engineers familiar with the latest in system validation techniques, design flows, and EDA/ESL tools. They are also versed in RTL design, software compilers and debuggers to ensure your experience with Carbon is a success!

Accountability

Each report is assigned an internal tracking number and logged into our resolution database. Customer reports are followed through to completion by our experienced hotline engineers. The loop is closed with our customers in person, on the phone, or through email.
